About Me

I’m Rajasekar Tiruvallur Jayakumar, a Canadian based Sr. UX Designer at Amazon with 21+ years of experience shaping UX strategy, design systems, and enterprise-scale product experiences across Big Tech and Fortune 500 clients. I’m passionate about simplifying complexity—transforming tax technology, logistics, and fintech workflows into intuitive, efficient, and human-centered experiences that drive measurable business impact.

I began my career as a visual designer in 2004 and gradually transitioned into user experience through a deep interest in usability and design research. Over the years, I’ve learned that great design goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about clarity, empathy, and scalability. My work now sits at the intersection of AI-driven transformation, systems thinking, and user empathy, where design decisions shape strategy and innovation.

Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer, motorcycle enthusiast, and an unapologetic food lover (still an unsuccessful dieter!).
